Lead States
A Lead States team has been designated for each of seven SHRP technology areas under the Lead States Program. The teams are composed of state highway agencies, along with associated contractors and suppliers, who have gained early and significant experience and expertise in those seven technology areas.

The Web site includes instructions for enrolling in listservs for each of seven technology focus areas: Alkali-Silica Reactivity, Anti-Icing/RWIS, Concrete Assessment and Rehabilitation, High Performance Concrete, Innovative Pavement Maintenance Materials, Pavement Preservation, and Superpave.
